Great coffee doesn’t need a complicated routine. A few starting points for a cup you’ll look forward to.
Choose whole bean if you have a grinder. If not, choose the grind for your brewer: filter, cafetière or espresso. Getting the grind right makes a bigger difference than adding more coffee.
Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry cupboard, away from direct sunlight. Grind only what you need if you can. Your coffee belongs near the kettle, rather than in the fridge.
The Daily is the chocolate-and-caramel starting point. Bright Side brings a lighter, fruitier cup. Slow Sunday is decaf for when you want the ritual without the buzz.
