When you make an enquiry

If you email, your email address, message and information you choose to include are received in the Gmail inbox used for this practice. They are used to respond, discuss your request and take any steps you ask for before a possible project. Enquiry correspondence is not used to subscribe you to marketing.

The enquiry helper on this website builds an email link in your browser. The business name and brief stay in this browser page while you type; there is no website form submission, enquiry database or automatic email sending. Choosing Open email with my brief passes that text to your email application. You can review it there, and it is sent only if you choose to send it. Avoid including sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Website delivery and optional measurement

Requests to the website and its media providers involve technical information such as IP address, requested resource and browser information. This is used to deliver, maintain and protect the site. Optional Google Analytics is used to understand website use only after acceptance. The consent preference record remembers your choice for up to 180 days.

With analytics consent, enquiry email clicks are measured using a fixed source label, such as the footer or brief builder. This event does not include your business name, brief, email subject or message. Opening an email app is not treated as a confirmed enquiry.

Service providers and external sites

Vercel hosts the website, Backblaze serves some project media directly, and Google provides Gmail and the optional Google Analytics service. Providers receive information needed for the services you use. These providers may process information outside your country.

Purposes and choices

Optional analytics relies on your consent. Responding to an enquiry and discussing a possible project involves handling the correspondence you initiate; depending on the request, this may concern steps before a contract or the legitimate interests of handling business correspondence. Ordinary delivery and security processing supports the operation and protection of the website.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawal affects future collection; it does not reverse processing that took place before withdrawal.

Retention and your requests

The consent record and this site's configured analytics cookies expire within 180 days. Provider log and analytics-account retention settings are separate from browser cookie expiry. For information about retention of a particular enquiry or a request to delete correspondence, contact raduswork@gmail.com.
