# Digital Upstream

> Digital Upstream is Radu's independent web design and development practice. Radu designs and builds distinctive, responsive websites for small businesses, working directly with the business owner from the first conversation through review and handover.

Services include business websites, landing pages, website refreshes, visual direction, responsive layouts, design revisions and web development. Project pages distinguish independent products, website concepts and archived work; they should not be described as commissioned client work unless the page explicitly says so.
